Package Terms & Conditions

Discovery Package

 Please note the following package conditions clearly before booking.
Asia
* Burma (Myanmar) I. Package rate is included :
- Yangon 1. Round trip transportation such as by air, by bus, by sea or by train.
* Cambodia 2. Hotel accommodation.
- Phnom Penh 3. Round trip transfer between airport and hotel as specified in the itinerary, price list
* China or other information list.
- Dali & Lijiang 4. Breakfast plus other meals specified in the itinerary, price list or other information
- Lhasa (Tibet) list.
- Silk Road 5. Sightseeing tours (full-day or half-day tour), as specified in the itinerary, price list
- Urumqi or other information list.
- Xian 6. Travel insurance. 
* India 7. Hotel service charge & government tax.
- Bombay 8. TIC of Hong Kong Levy of 0.3%.
- New Delhi
* Laos II. Package rate is NOT included :
- Vientiane 1. All airport security charge, departure taxes, other travel taxes, passport and visa
* Nepal fees.
- Kathmandu 2. Meals, unless specifically offered in the itinerary.
* Sri Lanka 3. All other expenses, such as telephone calls, liquor, soft drinks, optional tours,
- Colombo room services, excess baggage and any other personal items.
* Vietnam
- Hanoi  III. Currency :
- Ho Chi Minh City All package prices are quoted in Hong Kong Dollar. 
Africa
* Egypt IV. Reservations :
- Cairo 1. Reservations should be made through our company at least 14 days in advance
* Kenya of departure. Late bookings up to 3 working days in advance will be accepted
- Nairobi but are subject to the availability of accommodation and airline flights, bus, boat, 

* South Africa

 or train.

- Johannesburg

 2. Late bookings must be guaranteed payment by travellers. This payment is non-
* Tanzania refundable.
- Dar Es Salaam 
Mid-East V. Deposit and final payment :
* Jordan 1. Booking is made 21 days or more before departure.
- Amman Deposit at least HK$500 per person will be collected.  
* Manama  Final payment at least 21 days before departure.
- Bahrain 2. Booking is made 7-20 days before departure.
* Turkey Deposit at least HK$500 per person will be collected.
- Istanbul Final payment will be collected immediately upon booking confirmation.
* U. A. E. 3. Booking is made 3-6 working days before departure.
- Dubai Full payment will be collected at time of booking.
**  Deposit is non-refundable if booking is cancelled by travellers.  **

About Us VI. Amendment :
E-mail After travel documents are issued, any subsequent changes are subject to an 
Site-index administrative fee of HK$400 per person per amendment.
Other Options VII. Cancellation :
Air Ticket After travel documents are issued, travellers cancel their package that are subject
Boat Ticket to pay cancellation charge as below :
Bus Ticket 1. 10% of package price for 10 days or more before departure.
Car Rental 2. 50% of package price for 3 - 10 days before departure.
Cruise 3. 100% of package price for less than 3 working days before departure.
City Package
Golf Package VIII. Refund  :
Hotel Package refund must be applied for within 7 days of departure date. Refund may
Resort & Golf Pkg. need 3 months for processing of package organizers.
Tour
Train Ticket IX. Child & infant  :
Visa 1. Child price is quoted for the age under 12 years on the date of departure.
Wedding Package 2. An infant (under 2 years of age) will be charged at infant rate. Please check with 
us for price details.
X. Change of package products :
No change can be made unless by the organizers in accordance with the provis-
ions herein. Unused portions of package and any extension nights including hotel
accommodation, sightseeing tours or other items.
XI. Special requests  :
Special requests such as meals in-flight, room location or a particular view, late
check-out  etc.... are not guaranteed.
XII. Baggage  :
Baggage not exceeding 20 kg per person is allowed. Excess baggage must be
paid by travellers. Only one piece of hand baggage, 56cm x 36cm x 23cm is
allowed. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage to baggage or 
belongings whilst they are in the custody of transportation companies, accom- 
modation suppliers or the travellers. However, we will assist in making the relevant
claims provided it does not interfere with, inconvenience or hamper the conduct
of the tour.
XIII. Travel documents :
It is the responsibility of each passenger to obtain a valid passport for at least 6
months from the date of return to Hong Kong.
XIV. Visa and health :
Travellers comply with all the entry visa and health requirements of the countries 
to be visited. As the entry requirements are subject to change, please consult us
or your travel agent.
We cannot be held responsible or be liable for any expenses, reimbursement or
refund of package prices if any traveller is refused entry by any country before 
departure or during the travelling for whatever reason, including but not limited to
non-possession of valid travel document and necessary visas

Responsibility :
All arrangements for the provision of transportation, accommodation and other
services are made by us through airlines or local agents.
Transportation, accommodation, local tour programs and other services are
subject to change with local conditions such as traffic jam, flight delay and typhoon.
We will not be liable for any loss or expense incurred due to delay, sickness, 
weather, strikes, war, quarantine or any other causes beyond our control; such
losses and expense shall be borne by the travellers. We reserve the right to alter
route, itinerary and/or accommodation without prior notice to the travellers.
